how long did it take to come up with fanality or the kahn frontation with the rock coz i thought they wer funny

It all depends on the joke. It took months for me to come up with Shawn Michaels and the "Fanality" joke, but the "Kahn-frontation With The Rock" was something that came to me in the last minute.
I was watching some old videos of The Rock confronting Chris Jericho and other wrestlers on youtube.com a few months during production of the flash and I found his insults and interruptions really hilarious.
So after watching these videos I got the idea of The Rock confronting Shao Kahn trading insults back and forth eventually leading to Rock's defeat.
It's also a reference to an old WWE quote "don't cross the boss" said by Vince McMahon. The quote relates perfectly to what you've just seen in the flash (insulting an MK boss).
